Thomas Campbell

Thomas Campbell serves as Business Development Director at Desert Star Law. Often serving as the initial point of contact for individuals reaching out to Desert Star Law, Thomas takes the time to listen to each person’s circumstances, understand their needs, and help determine the best path forward. He oversees the firm’s intake department, ensuring that every prospective client receives a responsive, professional, and personal experience from their first conversation with Desert Star Law.

Thomas also works directly with clients on property damage following an accident, helping them navigate the process and pursue the assistance and resources available to them. He is committed to helping ease that burden for clients while ensuring they feel heard, informed, and supported. Beyond his client-facing responsibilities, Thomas leads business development initiatives focused on strengthening relationships, expanding the firm’s reach, and creating new opportunities for Desert Star Law to serve individuals and families throughout Arizona.

Thomas brings a diverse professional background spanning corporate leadership, business development, and entrepreneurship, with experience in leadership, team development, customer relations, and strategic growth. Outside of his professional life, Thomas is a father and former semiprofessional soccer player. His athletic background has instilled in him the discipline, competitiveness, and perseverance that he brings to his work and commitment to the clients he serves.
